These cover the website you are reading. Use of the platform itself is governed by the customer agreement, which is a negotiated document and not a link at the bottom of a page.

These terms govern your use of this website. They do not govern use of the Threat Nexaris platform, which is covered by the customer agreement signed between us. Where the two differ, the customer agreement wins for anything to do with the platform.
By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not, please do not use it.
Everything on this site is provided for information. It describes what the platform does at the time of writing, and capabilities change as the product does.
Nothing here is a warranty, a service commitment or an offer capable of acceptance. Commitments about what the platform will do for you, and what happens if it does not, live in the customer agreement.
Nothing here is security advice for your specific situation. It is a description of a product.
The content, design, code and marks on this site belong to Threat Nexaris or to the parties who licensed them to us. You may read it, quote it with attribution, and share links to it.
You may not copy the site wholesale, present it as your own, or use our name or marks in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation that does not exist.
Third-party product names appearing on this site belong to their respective owners and are used to describe interoperability, not to claim any relationship.
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorised access to it, or use it to distribute anything harmful.
Security testing is welcome under the terms on our security page. Testing conducted in good faith and reported to us will not be met with legal action. Testing that degrades the service for others, or that accesses data belonging to anyone else, is not covered by that.
Automated collection is fine at a reasonable rate. Do not scrape at a volume that affects availability.
If you submit the contact form, do not include confidential information, personal data about other people, or anything you are not entitled to share. It is an enquiry form, not a secure channel.

The site is provided as it is. We do not guarantee it will be available without interruption or free of errors, and we correct mistakes when we find them.
